Fire dream

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

This dream is going to sound like a fragmented observation; that is exactly what it is. I wrote it down as fast as I woke up:

I was struggling against fire. I was in a small rowboat and I was at sea outside Gothenburg. Fire was rushing on the water and it was consuming the water. It scared me since I knew water normally “kills” fire.

I scooped water into the boat to save it. A huge warm wind made the sea like a whirl and I was whirling to shore. To a house on a cliff. White house with several floors. The storm and waves swept me into the second floor since the first floor was under water. The fire followed me and the boat. I was rescuing the boat and the water then myself.

The fire ran after the water and us (me and the boat) and I started by pouring the water I had saved, into the house. Then I took my hands and also a vessel (not a bucket) and started pouring more water into the home. I was trying to save it from fire.

Without any warning, the fire divided itself into smaller bits and tried getting us from 2-3 angles. Not from behind. I had the storm and the whirling sea behind me.

Then I woke up. My hands were still shaped like cups pouring.

Salaam alaykum,

Sarah
